Myco Exports Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in the year 2001 is a part of 'Myco Group' which has been in existence since 1961. The group manufactures and exports earth & lightning protection systems in addition to Safety shoes and other related PPE products.

Our Safety Footwear is manufactured to International Standards EN ISO 20345, with injection moulding machines imported from Klockner Desma Germany, lasting machines from Italy & Zurich, Steel Toe caps from Germany, moulds from Germany, Italy & Spain. The Poly Urethane (PU) & Thermo Plastic Urethane (TPU) for soles which are procured from Huntsman (ICI) USA are incredibly strong & light weight & highly durable . These PU / PU TPU Soles Safety shoes are manufactured by the latest technology having world wide demands & cater to various industries like the Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, Airport Services, Pharmaceutical, Hotel, Army/Military, Security, Corporate & Trekking.

The company has a competent Management & Marketing staff and a workforce of 135 workers. The factory is fully mechanized with Robot control.

Construction
  • All shoes and boots manufactured conform to EN-345-1 standards.
  • Steel toe cap: Made of 1.75 steel and special coating to resist corrosion. Conforms to DIN 12568 and EN
  • 345 standards. These are designed to resist shocks and crushings of upto 200 joules.

  • Dual Density Polyurethane sole: Heat resistant upto 200 degrees centigrade. Also resistant to oil/acid/alkali.
    		•
  • Exceptionally supple, very light with a great absorbing capacity. Also conforms to EN antistatic footwear
    •   standards.
  • Insole: Has an anatomic form made of foam with a density of 90 kg and is lined with anti bacterial cambrelle.
  • Steel mid soles: These are optional and are made from 0.43mm stainless spring steel.
  • Uppers: Made from geniune buff leather. Oil pull up / Water Resistant leather also available on request.
